Knit Today team blog

The March issue of Knit Today went on sale this week, and I’m already looking forward to starting one of the exciting projects featured. One of my favourites are the little baby bootees by Ashley Wood, they’re the perfect pressie for newborns, with their bright colours and funky design, and the addition of a little bell in the toes add a cute touch, which means baby can be entertained every time they wriggle their legs! I particularly love the mouse ones, I’m contemplating knitting them in black and white and making them badgers instead. There are so many ways to make the designs your own, with different colour yarn, so if you’ve knitted these for a friend or even your own baby, send us a pic at knittoday@originpublishing.co.uk, we’d love to see them.
