I forgot to say the christmas stockings are a joint design between my mother and I. We spent a couple of months about 12 years ago to come up with ideas for christmas stockings these are just two of the overall designs we came up with. We have been making them ever since. We have 10 different designs.

I've since designed some much smaller christmas stocking designs as the christmas tree decortions along with a design for knitted christmas tree as a christmas decoration.

I've just finished a design for a knitted christmas star. My next plan is to see what ways I can adapt my basic pattern for the star.
