My hubby would like me to knit him a sleeveless pullover, not too fancy and definitely not a cable pattern. Has anyone any idea of a good pattern for a very down to earth type of man

There is a nice one in "Closely Knit" by Hannah Fettig. The mens patterns in this book are all good,simple plain garments that our menfolk will actually wear I ordered it to borrow from my local library, well worth the reservation fee!

Hi there, if you go to a website called `Ravelry` you can download patterns for just about everything - some of them are even free.
