Issue 59 Ribbed summer top

I am having a few problems with this

I have trouble with the cabling on this as I have knitted the back and front up to and past cable and both turn out different and pictures of pattern are not really clear. I have done lots of cabling as a regular knitter but this has thrown me completely. I find the instructions a bit puzzling.
