hi and help ! issue 65 mag has an Ear Warmer pattern which my grand daughter wants me to knit her BUT there is no abbreviation list. Can someone tell me please what T3BR and T3FL means ? thanks

The abbreviations are explained on page 43. T3FL is 'sl1 onto a cable needle and hold at the front of the work, P2, K1 from the cable needle'. T3BR is 'sl 2 sts onto a cable needle and hold at the back of the work, K1, P2 from the cable needle'. I hope that helps!

Hi, I am also having a problem with T3Fl and T3BR.. Juliette, if one stitch is slipped onto the cable needle and held at front of work how do I then P2 K1 from this one stitch on the cable needle.. for T3BR it states slip 2 stitches onto a cable needle and hold at back of work how do I then K1 P2 from these 2 stitches

Hi knitnakpaddiwak.

It means slip 1 onto dabble needle then p2 from normal needle and then k1 from cable needle. That way you cross them over thus making a cable effect.
