Do not use this company. I ordered some wool over three weeks ago. Money taken from credit card on order but still no wool. I contacted them 10 days after purchase to chase order, reply stated they were waiting for a delivery, even though when i order the website stated enough in stock for my order.

I am still waiting for my order and the company will not respond to emails. i have to pay my credit card bill but have no product! Do not use this company. When searching on line this seems to be a common problem with coolwoolz. I now have to wait 2 months for my credit card company to perform a retrieval process to return my money.
