These gloves from Laughing Hens are perfect for both beginners and experienced knitters to complete. They’re super-stylish, and the pair pictured here are knitted in classic shade of yarn – Hazelnut Rooster Almerino DK. The yarn is soft and warm, and the pattern itself is very easy to work, since there are no finger holes to knit! You could finish it in just one or two evenings. You’ll need 4mm needles for this project, and they’re worked in easy stocking stitch. The edging can be done in two different ways – by making a row of double crochet along the top and the bottom edges, or by picking up the stitches with your knitting needle and knitting one row of garter stitch at the top and the bottom. The pattern costs £2.
